No Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be provided once the license key or digital file has been delivered.
- We strongly encourage you to verify the compatibility of the product with your system and needs before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team prior to checkout.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES:

Refurbished Electronics
- Return Window: Refurbished electronics can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the device is in the same condition as received.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Condition: The device must be returned with all original accessories, packaging, and documentation.
- Defective Items: If the refurbished device is faulty or fails to function properly, please contact us within the 30-day period for a replacement or full refund.
Brand New Electronics
- Return Window: New electronics can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as the item is unopened and in original condition.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
- Opened Products: Once a brand-new product is opened, returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
General Conditions
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds may be denied if items are found to be damaged or missing components.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
